Younger Kids Camp
GRADES 1-3
A fun and supportive introduction to the arts. Students explore music, movement, art, and creative play in a structured, engaging environment designed to build confidence and curiosity.
5-Week Program

Arts Camp: Recreation
grades 4-7
A balanced mix of creativity and summer fun. Students rotate through arts classes while enjoying games, activities, and optional trips—perfect for those who want variety and social connection.
5-Week Program

Arts Camp: Performance
GRADES 4-10
Create, rehearse, and perform in a final show. Students train in their chosen area and work together toward a live performance, building confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
6-Week Program

Performance Intensive
GRADES 4-10
A focused experience for dedicated performers. Students spend afternoons in rehearsal, developing skills and preparing for the final production in a structured, performance‒driven setting.

What is the cost of the program?
Summer camp pricing varies by program:
- Younger Kids Camp: $750
- Arts Recreation Camp: $895
- Arts Performance Camp: $1,075
- Performance Intensive: $840

Do you offer Financial Assistance or siblings discounts?
Yes. Financial Assistance is asked during application process. You'll need to provide income and taxes information to qualify. We also offer sibling discounts during registration.
What is the daily attire?
Institute T-shirts are encouraged. We provide each child with 2 free Institute T-shirts! Otherwise, we ask your child dress comfortably in play clothes that they can easily move in. No open toed shoes.
Is lunch provided?
Students must arrive on campus with their own lunches. No refrigeration or microwave is available, and food delivery will not be accepted for campers.
Does my child have to participate in the entire session?
To ensure your child gets the most out of Summer Camp, the Institute requires daily attendance. In the event of absence due to illness or emergency, it is the family’s responsibility to notify the staff via email at info@instituteofmusic.org, or phone (908)-469-1211. No refunds or prorates will be given for dismissals, vacations, or voluntary withdrawals.
Do you provide accommodations for special needs students?
Yes. Institute staff, Teaching Artists, and Youth Leaders are trained to work with students that have a wide range of needs.
