Do you offer Financial Assistance or siblings discounts?
Yes. Financial Assistance is asked during application process. You'll need to provide income and taxes information to qualify. We also offer sibling discounts during registration.
What is the daily attire?
Institute T-shirts are encouraged. We provide each child with 2 free Institute T-shirts! Otherwise, we ask your child dress comfortably in play clothes that they can easily move in. No open toed shoes.
Is lunch provided?
Students must arrive on campus with their own lunches. No refrigeration or microwave is available, and food delivery will not be accepted for campers.
Does my child have to participate in the entire session?
To ensure your child gets the most out of Summer Camp, the Institute requires daily attendance. In the event of absence due to illness or emergency, it is the family’s responsibility to notify the staff via email at info@instituteofmusic.org, or phone (908)-469-1211. No refunds or prorates will be given for dismissals, vacations, or voluntary withdrawals.
Do you provide accommodations for special needs students?
Yes. Institute staff, Teaching Artists, and Youth Leaders are trained to work with students that have a wide range of needs.
